We live in MT, so small ski crowds are commonplace for us, but not like this. There were maybe 50 cars hauling skiers. Spring-like conditions but with some fresh snow made for some very nice runs. We skied "Main Street" and shared the entire run with nobody.

Adequate snow but really crusty. They tried to groom as much as practical but they really need some more snow. We still enjoyed it but, being from Colorado, we have been spoiled to better snow conditions there

Brundage was a lot of fun! There were lots of slopes of different difficulties, but overall, it was geared towards the experienced. I was a first time snowboarder and skier and I had a little difficulty finding beginner slopes; even the greens were steep. Despite the lack of snow throughout Idaho, the mountain was covered and we were able to find powder. Overall, it was a great experience!

We are so lucky to have Brundage out our back door! Best snow, so much fun! Others travel here to enjoy, so lucky to live here! Great service in Smoky's bar and grill.

We had 11 inches of new snow over two days, giving us powder on the groomed runs, as well as in the trees. The area lived up to its tagline of Best Snow in Idaho. Brundage's skiing acreage understates the amount of skiing available, since you can ski the trees on the entire mountain. We found innumerable lines with powder stashes everywhere on the mountain. With most runs top to bottom, the mountain's vertical is also more than enough. Add to that, no lift lines anywhere and the ability to ski right on to the lifts, makes this powder heaven. Complaints? I have to admit I love the super steep double black diamonds of Snowbird, Alta and Aspen Highlands. We didn't have those here, but neither do most of the areas in North America. The tree skiing more than makes up for it. One of my all-time favorite places to ski.

I'm not 100% certain that Brundage does have the best snow in the entire state, but it's unquestionably the best family value in the state. Lots of wide, long, well-groomed intermediate runs, good kid's program, and a nice lodge/snack bar. If you're looking for another Sun Valley, this isn't it, but it's a lot more affordable and a great place for kids.

I am from Colorado & have skiied all over. It was my first time skiing in Idaho. What a lovely resort, with some challenging runs. The staff were so nice, the mountain so clean, quiet & not crowded. 5 minutes or less wait times for the lifts. What a pleasant experience.

Hi Dave -I'm sorry you're not satisfied with your experience at Brundage Mountain. You may have heard that we are trying a new approach to our terrain park program this year. We hope you'll try out the new Deadwood Shred Park and give us your thoughts. Do you have any specific suggestions on what we might do to improve our grooming? 79% of our visitors find it to be good or excellent, but we want to move that number up to 100% so we would love for you to contact us at info@brundage.com with your suggestions. Thanks!

We like to snowmobile in this area. Lots of deep powder and fantastically groomed trails. We try and ride here at least several times each year.

Spectacular terrain, especially if you know where to go. The price for a family season pass is remarkable. Great snow (usually, but you can say that about anywhere). SUPER nice employees all over the mountain, especially great with our kids. Their ski school and day care are way better than they have any business being for a mountain of this size. Lodge is a nice place to eat. We live where we could drive to many places - they will have our family's exclusive ski business for years to come.

I took my 12-year old daughter for a day for downhillin' at Brundage Mountain. It had been our goal to hang out at Brundage for a few years. The experience was top notch, from the intial meeting with the bike technicians and rental personnel, to hanging out with the bike patrol on the trails. The trails were so well taken care of. We are avid bikers, but we have hard tails back home, so the lift-access/full suspension bikes was a real treat. We will be back!!!

We live only 35 miles away from this sweet little resort. Brundage is humble in size and price with a large variety of slopes and excellent snow in a typical year. We (I a snowboarder and my spouse a tele-skier) especially enjoy all the ungroomed terrain. When I don't pack a lunch, I've found excellent food with vegetarian selections in both the cafeteria and in the bar. My dog enjoys playing in the snow in the Pet Area and walking up to the nearby snowmobile track for a longer trek.

I resumed alpine skiing after taking 40 years off. Skiing in my 60's is much different than skiing in my 20's. Brundage Mountain is so cool because you have such a variety of quality slopes you can enjoy and can also push yourself on. The snow, sun and scenery is amazing. Have many lasting memories while there of thinking, "It can't get any better than this."

We love Brundage because they aren't trying to be fancy, they are trying to be a mountain for skiers. We have small children and we love the teaching program.

There is nothing not excellent about this mountain. Love the casual homey feel vs. ritzy lodges in other resorts. Love, Love the Hospitality crew ready to get your skis off your car and grab your bags when you are unloading your car and crew....also very helpful when you slip on the snow. They were right there popping you up before you realized what had happened!! Oh yeah.....excellent skiing. Had one day of fresh powder and another of perfectly groomed runs!!
