You can spend hours here this isnt you usual putt putt golf course. It has way over 18 holes and the obstacles are fun and makes it a challenge to play. Fun place

We played the course on Saturday. It was fun to play. There is some major wear on some of the greens and some wear on the stairs. It doesn't look dumpy but with a little off season TLC this course could really shine. It is well shaded and the views of the river and dam are amazing. Our family had a great time.

It is super fun and cheap. The courses are a little different and it makes for a couple hours of being out in the Dells and not spending loads of money. Have a date or a day with the family either one and you will love this place!

Perfect for a hot day. Almost the whole course is shaded. We choose the red course due to a recommendation from the worker that it was the most scenic and ran along the river. Good advice, we enjoyed the golf and the scenery.

We decided to give Timber Falls a try this visit. We typically go to the course across the street. It is fairly inexpensive and would be nice on a hot summer day. There is some great scenery but overall just average. The courses seem to be a little run down and not very challenging. A lot of the holes don't have much difference. We would give the place another try and play a different course again but would suggest they do a little upkeep.

What a treat! We used our bogo coupons we had and took our family of 5 on this golf course. We did the black course as it was the "most stroller friendly". We kept laughing at that because it was pretty difficult to do with a stroller. I recommend a baby carrier for sure! skip the stroller and save yourself a headache. The major lure of this golf course is that it is set within amazing scenery! you're right on the water, amongst the trees, squirrels, birds galore, lots of wildlife scurrying about. Here is the catch, if you don't like wildlife and want a more crisp course, you'd prefer Pirates Cove for sure. But for us, this was SUPER fun :) But with animals comes a less manicured green, acorns preventing that perfect hole-in-one (you could go and remove the acorns!), and a few bugs. I LOVE animals and hiking and the water so I just adored this course and we'll return. There were also ducks and goats to feed but we just missed the goats because of the off-season. The guy at the booth said next year there will be more animals. I sort of want to go to the Dells JUST to golf this course again and see the animals again. All that being said, the holes themselves are a bit dull :/ Maybe the other courses at this place are better? We will try a different course next time. It could use a little more unique design and updates to make sure the greens are kept up and each hole is interesting. It was a pretty standard course but just so pretty! I definitely recommend! We spent a good hour or more there and the whole family had a blast :)

My son and I were at Timber Fall in 2010. At that time, we played both Pirate golfing and Timber Falls. We enjoyed both very much at that time. However, around this time, the courses were so lack of maintenance that you could obviously see the tears and wears. They introduced "feeding the goat" to the course, I suppose because of lack of financial success with the courses alone. We were there on a Wo Zha wa weekend on a Saturday at 4:30 pm. The young guy at the window stated that we were not able to return for a 2nd round for that day because he was going to close it at 6:30 pm. On a Saturday night? I asked him why. He said they did not have much business for that day. Weird. We will probably not return to that place again next time when we visit Dells.

We had been to Pirate's Cove in other locations so decided to try a local attraction. Timber Falls has 3 courses that are posted as varying difficulty, but we really didn't see much difference between them. The courses are starting to show their age (some of the greens are in rough shape). You can also feed/pet goats, donkeys, and ducks here. Mini golf is a "must-do" on our family vacations, and this was fun. They have a military discount; make sure you ask. A bonus is that the course is under a high railroad trestle so we got an up-close look at two trains that went by.

Is a good course to play. Which one you ask? All of them. It makes you want to keep playing or at least come back until you've played Ollie the course. It is a tradition for my family to play mini golf on every vacation. This place more than helps us complete that tradition.

This is a family favorite and tradition everytime we visit the Dells. The mini golf has the best views of the Wisconsin River and offers shaded play! The Adventure also has a great log ride, which is worth the trip!

This course lies directly on the bank of the River, next to the bridge, offering an amazing view from all of the holes. Beyond that, the course is pretty typical - nothing very unique. The kids golfed free, and we used a coupon so it was a very good value. Much better views than Pirates Cove, but the holes are pretty mediocre in design.

We have been golfing at this venue for more than 25 years. But, we have noticed in the last few years, the management has little interest in maintenance and upkeep. The landscaping around the courses was very well maintained. But, now it's pretty much neglected. It seems they are not taking in as much money as they used to because we also frequent the neighboring golfing facility and it's beautifully maintained and draws large crowds. There is a roller coaster here as well as a log ride. Most of the time, including when we were there on Aug. 31, it isn't running. If you buy and all-day pass, these rides are included. But, you can also purchase rides on these separately. Years ago this attraction also had a nice volcano-type show that ran every 1/2 hour or so. In recent years, it no longer works. Now, to attract families they've added ducks and goats for feeding and petting. Kind of a cheap, cheezy way to attract people, and now the attraction has a fowl odor surrounding it. And, don't even get me started on the restrooms. Let's just say - bring your own seat covers. We also tried to buy a soda in a vending machine, which of course at the money and provide no product. When we went to tell the folks working, it took forever to get money back or even the soda, because no one could do anything without a manager. And, they should have gone to troubleshoot the vending maching, but that wasn't done either. We can't tell you how disappointing it is to see the condition of this attraction - and wouldn't be real surprised if it one day was closed for good.

We loved this place, good price excellent course, my son loved it. Will come back here again. Every hole was fun and the ambience on the river was great! Been to a lot of mini golf places but this one impressed

We had fun playing golf at night. It wasnt too busy so we didnt have to rush to play the game. It was pretty cool playing in the woods though. The price was right for a family of 4. You also get to choose what type of course you wanted (easy, med, hard)
