This is a great community to live in! Been here 16 years. Golf course just purchased by a new group with a multi million dollar improvements under way. More tennis courts, adding new pool features, improvements on the golf course! Wonderful, wonderful!!

The course has undergone extensive improvements from 2012 til present (7-24-13) and is in excellent condition. Staff is very friendly and the practice facilities are some of the best in the area. Pool is serviceable and tennis facilities are very good. We have been members for 3+ years and have been pleased.

I have been to a few ladies art nights and it was always enjoyable, and the food was excellent. Their Halloween festivities are supposed to be really fun for the kids and there are a lot of family activities. We don't play golf, and we live a little far, but if we lived closer, I would love to become a member here! The people were extremely friendly too! I have a good friend who plays tennis here, and she has really enjoyed it. The golf course is a Fiji course, and I am told that it is spectacular, and under new ownership, so it should be beautiful this summer.

We were going to buy a house in this community, and I loved the country club. Alas, we didn't move there, but I still have fond memories of what could have been!

As a former member, I would not recommend joining. While our family never played tennis, we were very disappointed in all of the other amenities. The Golf Course is poorly manicured and just a tad better than your average municipal public course. However, the biggest disappointment is the swimming pool. There are no diving boards and no deep end. Most kids over the age of 9 will quickly be bored, particularly if they have visited friends at either the Manor or Crooked Creek swimming pools. The food, like most country club food, is on par with a commercial cafeteria.
