the bank nightclub

The DJ was very good, my friends and I were dancing from the time we walked in to the time we left. The huge bar makes it easy to grab a drink.However, the VIP tables located in the middle of the room, make it hard to move around from the dancefloor to the bar to the bathroom, there's no flow. You always have to get through a crowd of people to go somewhere. I'm sure it's great for business that the place was packed, however with no "aisles" and tables in the middle of the room with people surrounding them, it was sometimes just easier to stay in our location on the dance floor than go for another drink. Bartenders were VERY friendly! You can tell they enjoy their job and were interacting with everyone that came to the bar. The bank is a bit upscale, lots of people dressed up, which was a nice change from the usual bar attire. I'd recommend this bar to a friend and would come back again.

I was disappointed with the service and food at Sky Bank. Our server was pleasant, but she forgot parts of our order. We order the calamari - reminded me of BK chicken fries. The portobello & Brie sandwich - why put BBQ sauce with that combination? Lastly we ordered the skewers - which were a tad dry. At least the Caesars and the rooftop view were good.

This nightclub is Amazing!!! The owners really spared no expense with this nightclub ,very classy feel.The management and staff work hand in hand to make sure you have an awesome club experience!!!!! Worth the drive from Toronto.

While on a business trip we stopped at The Bank for lunch. The reviews are correct, the view of the area is very nice. The food however was so-so but the service was great. I ordered the chicken club sandwich with a house salad which was decent but nothing special. I had never been to this part of Barrie before and to be honest the view is beautiful. The Bank is a nightclub at night and I think this would be a great place to party especially the rooftop. If I could give a 3.5 I would. A better choice in meals might bump it to a 4 star.

Went in for lunch where my boyfriend and I waited 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive to our table. We were told they had run out of glassware which would be understandable if we hadn't seen glassware going to everyone else. We ordered a chicken sandwich and chicken taco's for lunch. After being there for an hour watching tables that had come in after us get their food and drinks, we decided to pay for our drinks and left.

Lots of fun! Good music good looking people ad a nice vibe. Id for sure go back next time I am in Barrie!

The top floor of "The Bank" is the Sky Bank. It is outside therefore only open in good weather. There is a fantastic view of Barrie and Kempenfelt Bay The food and service are top notch. Has the have the best hamburgers in Barrie
