Don't believe the guides if they tell you that the trail to the waterfall is easy. It is not, at least the main trail to the right isn't. I climbed 1/3 of the trail before I realized this was something I should not be doing at my age. Fortunately, one young man who worked here knew an easier, lower route and took me to the falls on that safer trail. Then, I later discovered that I had lost my sunglasses at the falls when we got to the market. A young man who worked at the falls knew our next destination and delivered them on his motorbike. An almost-expensive experience! We were there with a tour group.

$65 each for 4 short zip lines. We were in and out in an hour. The pool is not a natural one, very man made. Kids swam for 10 minutes, then we're done. Had to walk back to town, so book your cab ride home with the cab that takes you up. It's much easier to pay at the office, they only take cash at site. Staff were friendly though.

It was our first time doing zip lines. It cost 65$ and according to our experience should cost the half of it. It was very short. Only 4 short lines. Those kind of places that you feel that you have been treated as a stupid tourist.

Our whole family absolutely loved hiking the trail and looking at the waterfalls and petroglyphs. The kids kept asking to go again. On a separate day, we did the zip lining. The highlight was certainly the zip lines. We all had a wonderful time with very friendly guides.

We had a great time ziplining and hiking. $65 per person got you a ~20 minute guided hike up to the zip lines, the zip lines itself, and access to the park for hiking and exploring. Our guide was great about pointing out birds and flowers on the hike. The zip lining was fast and fun, and I really enjoyed exploring afterward.

Its like a circle walk about 10 to 15 minutes. Its nice but also too expensive for what you get (5$ entry). Don't expect too much.

we've done many canopy tours. there were only 4 platforms- so that was a little disappointing. . and the next to last one at the waterfall - they stop you so you can view it and restart your slide to the next platform. We're both in pretty good shape - but it was a strenuous hike to the start. Ricardo was a very interesting guide - very patient with the 3 of us - showing us interesting sights (daddy long legs - rubber trees etc) on the way up. Wear good shoes !!!!

This is a beautiful area that is green and lush; classic rain forest in my opinion. They will provide hiking sticks if needed. Please note that this is a 10 minute hike/walk at best. The waterfalls are picturesque. This is a wet area so an athletic shoe with tread is helpful. I would not drive two hours from Panama city for this. There is a small pool to swim in for children and I believe it is cool water. I did not see changing rooms or bathrooms.

We began with a nice hike up to the top where the zipline begins, but then realized there are only four lines, three of which are very short and though the one over the waterfall was good $65.00 is to much for this canopy tour. However, the staff was excellent and you can spend some time looking around and swimming after. Just be aware that it's not much of a zipline compared to other experiences we have had.

After a short hike, including some steps and a couple of suspension bridges, you come to the falls, which were rather disappointing. There's just not much to see. It's an interesting hike, but not for anyone with physical limitations. I guess it's not bad for $5.

If you want to get the feel of a cloud forest without having to devote a lot of time, this may be the place. The cooler wet air provides a unique experience as you cross through the jungle on rickety rope bridges and have the opportunity to zip line.

5 dollars for a short track to view a waterfall you can spot in every alp arround the world yeah overpriced. if you bring you swimsuit you can enjoy your 5 $ in the small pool

Just don't visit on a busy Saturday....or if you do...go early before the limited parking fills up. We walked from the Canopy Lodge, so had no problem. But we went early and it was nice to have the waterfall pretty much all to ourselves.

The falls aren't spectacular, but the wildlife around the trail is really wonderful. Make sure you hire a professional guide who can not only track these flighty animals for you, but will bring a quality scope so you can see them up close. Locals know exactly where to wait and what perches are most popular among certain species. If you tell them you want to see a particular species, chances are they can track one down for you.
