i like this place cause its close to home,and most of all because you can feel comfortable here. its clean and they offer, tanning and lots of different classes to take. you dont have to be a member to take the classes eigther.They also have a juice bar, selling some muffins and small things to snack on

I can't say enough about this gym! All the staff, instructors, mangers,owners and desk staff are wonderful! The classes are fabulous, the machines even better! You can even watch a movie while working out in their cardio theater. What's most impressive is how clean it is! They are very meticulous. A fabulous place to work out in a non threatening FREINDLY environment! LOVE ROK!

This is a great fitness club located in East Rockaway. Well worth your trip to experience this gem. Everything is new and clean....basketball court, steam room, spinning while watching a movie, yoga and much more. The locker rooms are very nice with excellent shower facilities.
