It's a neighborhood with several historical buildings, small shops and cafes. This place makes you travel back in time and explore how Swedes used to live. It feels very much like a setting for a period movie. It's a good place for a walk on a sunny day.

Thought it did give you the feel of a small village. The shops were varied and enjoyable. Loved the woodworker, especially. The walk from Orebro was fun, some through a beautiful park. Nice homes to admire, too.

Nice place to spend a few hours. You learn about the history of Sweden, the style of the houses in former times....Little shops with craft centers

Really liked this - free to enter and a lot of thought has gone into laying out the village. Some of them have little craft centres and goods for sale in them, and we particularly liked the old photos showing the houses before in their original sites and the site developed afterwards. Some English signage and a lovely little courtyard coffee shop (next to a very tempting sweet shop). Some houses are occupied now so resist too much snooping through windows!

It´s like an old Town with small shops and museums. It´s in the end of the very beautiful citypark, by the river. Peaceful, charming Place. Have a nice cup of coffe in the resturant or out in the garden. Nice to visit any time of the year.

I'm in Orebro for a business visit lasting for 3 months. Hence got some time to enjoy the beauty of nature to soothe our mind.... This park is very near our apartment, so that daily evening I go for a walk with my friends... Love this place...

Många evenemang sker under sommaren
