our lady of mt carmel church

An affirmation of our faith and veneration to Mama Mary. Most of us are from faraway places. We travel for almost two hours to get there.

we have a habit of visiting churches of places we visit during vacations. This is a really charming place to take a breath and reflect. Happy that we visited this place.

An atmosphere of peace and serenity is immediately felt the minute you step inside this church. Many devotees come here from all over mostly to seek favors and to pray for urgent, desperate causes, It is widely known that many pleas have been granted which is why the church continues to attract more and more devotees. Other than this, it is also a wonderful place to meditate, being so quiet, tranquil and breezy. The ambiance will certainly give your mind a chance to clear up and refresh itself.

If you happen to drop by here not to hear mass, it's so calming, and relaxing just by sitting inside contemplating(and also praying.) It's windy too. It's a quiet place as well. I love this Church.

While the church is located only a few kilometers away from the bustling center of Lipa City, I found a kind of solemnity present when one enters the Blessed Sacrament.Every time our family visits, the family talks to the nun in charge of the prayer requests. This is especially true when we miss the afternoon mass (ends at 5:30 pm or 6:00 pm, if I remember correctly).

Very clean and quite church. If you are looking for a peaceful place to pray, this is it. Can come and visit any time of the day. The church is always open.

Just ok. Old and lots of details.Might be interesting for those who are into special chuches. Its near the city centre.

Its a few minutes from the lipa public market. The compound is so clean, newly painted and the atmosphere s very calming. This is where the miraculous shower of petals happened. There is a convent beside the church and offertory candles can be found at the right side of the church.

I went there yesterday and found out that the schedule mass of Saturday 4pm that I saw on the internet was no longer available. I was disappointed so I just went around to view the place. Looking inside the chuch I said it was just the same as the other churches of the Carmelites I've been to. Not until I saw her image and prayed. My tears fell continuously for minutes! I couldn't help it but through that short period I knew she touched me! I didn't exactly know how long I've tried to stop my eyes from crying. I was only distracted when a girl came running by my side. Wiping my tears off my face, I moved on going around Her place, feeling that encounter in me. I could say the place was a solemn place to talk to God.

We decided to go on a personal pilgrimage to see the Virgin of Lipa at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church and commuted all the way from Manila. All I can say is that it had been quite a beautiful experience. The moment we stepped inside its grounds, we could feel the warmth of the Mediatrix of all graces. We were able to attend the 7:30AM mass with a wonderful priest, say our most heartfelt prayers as well as see the original Marian apparition grounds. It was truly humbling to finally be able to behold that sacred place. In the end, we left our hearts in Lipa City.

Sacred and can feel the solemnity.Every time we attend mass here we never forget to see mama mary meditrix and pray for our own intentions..thank you jesus and mama mary for always answering our prayers.
